Central Reservations

The central reservations module is now accessible on the group portal. If you have more than one hotel with HLS, Central Res will allow a user to quickly search for availability across all of your hotels and allow a user to complete a booking for the chosen site. Users can search by hotel name or location, allowing you to convert bookings faster and upsell other properties if the current hotel searched is unavailable.

Two New BI Dashboards

We have added two new Power BI dashboards, which allow you to see your bookings by Room Type & Rate Plan. Quickly see how much revenue and bookings you are receiving for your whole estate, or drill down to a specific site with one click.

Instantly compare your Room Type and Rate plan performance against your others to track how successful they are.

Profit Rooms - Integration

HLS has recently integrated with Profit Rooms Booking Engine. The award-winning Profitroom platform is more than just the highest converting booking engine on the market - it's a powerful marketing automation tool, and website builder all in one. It’s easy to use across multiple properties and your team will love the intuitive interface, no matter their experience level.

Booking Engine Two-Year Search

We have increased the booking engine from one year to two. Customers can now book two years into the future on the HLS booking engine.

Minor Updates & Enhancements

We have also released several minor updates that affect the following areas:

  • We are Brew - A new integration that allows us to send hotel data to Brews CRM

  • Invoice Report - Additional text of 'Value' added for clarity

  • Hotel Settings - Read-only fields of hotel email and slug

  • Cancellation Report- Minor bug fixes and enhancements

  • Vouchers - Minor bug fixes and enhancements

  • Room Price Genie - Minor bug fixes and improvements

  • Payment Screen - Minor bug fixes and improvements

  • Group Sales Daily - Bug fix to CSV download

 

Two-Month View Of Availability

Due to popular demand, we will are modifying our availability date picker on the booking engine. Now when a customer views a date they would like to book, it will present two monthly views of availability and the cheapest price before searching.
